Program Description
Rebuild & Rise is a transformative career training program designed specifically for incarcerated women (ages 16-30), empowering them with the skills, certifications, and confidence needed to launch successful careers in manufacturing industry (jewelry, fashion, and art). Through hands-on technical training, mentorship from industry professionals, and career readiness support, participants gain the tools to break the cycle of incarceration and build stable, high-demand careers upon reentry.
