The Apprentice Program aims to support educational growth and prepare young adults for trade-based careers. Designed to be inclusive of individuals with and without disabilities, the program introduces participants to professional trades across various manufacturing fields.

Offered during Summer, Winter Break, and Spring Break, each session provides hands-on learning through guided projects that build both trade and employment skills. Participants also engage in community events—such as art exhibits and fashion shows—that highlight trades in a positive, inspiring light.
